'We spent two summer weeks at the Port De Plaisance holiday village, staying in a three bedroom Villa Deluxe holiday home. The site was fantastic and mobile home was superb; exceptionally clean, spacious and easily the best quality mobile homes on the entire site. They are also the newest and largest mobile homes at the time we stayed.
The location of the caravan was
completely private allowing plenty of space for us to relax, cook and play in
safety. The comforts were home from home and included a large decking area to
enjoy the weather.
The holiday village offered plenty
of facilities to suit adults, elderly parents ( our parents joined us) and our
two boys, one aged 1 year and the second age 15. This included a play
area, heated pool, slides, internet, high ropes, climbing centre, club house,
cafe, restaurants, cinema and walking area.
The town of Benodet itself offers plenty of restaurants, secluded clean beaches and fabulous sights to suit everyone. It felt classy, clean and the better part of Brittany.
We have booked again with Stella and
Steve and chose the same mobile home. We left all our booking, including the
ferry, in the capable hands of Benodet Breaks and has saved us lots of time and money. Highly recommend and definitely a
place to visit for all ages.'

‘We visited Port de Plaisance in Benodet with Benodet Breaks in August 2011 with our two children aged 8 and 10. We had the most fantastic holiday and as a result have re-booked for next summer.
The site was fantastic. There were loads of activities for the kids which they really enjoyed. They made lots of friends and were able to walk around on their own to visit the playground or cinema. It was very safe. My husband and I could sit in the outside bar area with a glass of wine whilst we watched them swim in the outdoor pool and if the weather changed, they could use the indoor pool.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the onsite staff were friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket on site and a Carrefour 5 minutes' walk away. You can walk into Benodet in about 15/20 minutes where there are some good restaurants.
There were lots of nice beaches and places of interest in Brittany which was very unspoilt. There were cycle tracks everywhere - so next time we will take our bikes; although you can hire them from the site.
Stella was very helpful and took care of all our booking requirements including the ferry. We can't wait to return next year.’

'We went back to Benodet for the third time this year but it was our first trip with Benodet Breaks. The mobile home was of a very high standard and had all the facilities we needed and the site (Port de Plaisance) was really good. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we've been back for just over a week and have booked up again with Benodet Breaks for next year.'

We returned to Benodet in the summer with Benodet Breaks and once again had such a wonderful time!
Right from the start, everything was made easy, booking our holiday, an enjoyable ferry crossing and a picturesque drive to Benodet.
A few things had changed at Port de Plaisance; a fantastic new playground, a challenging children’s rope course, and even a blow-up caterpillar, all were an instant hit with the children. Plus our 5 year old was now able to make the most of the indoor slide-on his own!
We were looking forward to rediscovering the beautiful beach and due to the superb weather we had endless fun.
Our luxury mobile home did not disappoint; the kids loved the adventure it offered and we were thrilled that the high standard of accommodation had been maintained.
We received a thoroughly warm welcome from our Benoder Breaks reps who couldn’t do enough to help us throughout our stay.
We explored new places within the region, and returned to old favourites- ice cream cafes and creperies and of course the Mickey Mouse playground down on the beach. We took boat rides, went for early morning runs, played crazy golf, went for pony rides, hired go-carts, enjoyed a few barbecues and a few bottles of wine!
We are already looking forward to returning, there is so much to do and as the children grow older we know we will discover something else to do in Benodet.

“We have been to France for the last six summers with four different operators and can honestly say that Benodet Breaks is by far the best. The caravan we stayed in was second to none. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, the amount of inventory in the caravan was exceptional and the emplacement was huge!
Port de Plaisance provided peace and quiet around the caravan itself (well received when getting to sleep at night) whilst the main entertainment areas provided more than enough to do for our 17 year old son and 11 year old daughter. The fantastic indoor pool was most welcome on the couple of days the sun did not shine and the outdoor pool area and sun beds were brilliant when it did. The holiday was so good we actually booked again for nexy year before we left the site!”
